Created and uploaded on Reddit by popular cosplayer Kerocchi the costume showcases Himeno’s stylish black suit and signature eyepiece. The low angle of the photo and the inclusion of a cigarette that is delicately balanced between two fingers display an attitude of general style and elegance.

Chainsaw Man Fans’ amazing cosplay
He’s not the only Chainsaw Man fan favorite who has inspired some impressive cosplays recently. One example is when a costume maker extraordinaire uploaded an accurate manga rendition of Reze that focuses on the Bomb Girl’s intense green eyes. In addition, the cosplay character Grayson Finn showed off his renditions of Kishibe, the captain of the Tokyo Special Division 4. The one depicts Kishibe smoking a cigarette, whereas the other sees him wielding an amputation knife. Both have Kishibe’s prominent facial scar.
Tatsuki Fujimo’s Chainsaw Man manga debuted in Shueisha Weekly Shonen Jump in December 2018 before moving to Shonen Jump+ 2020 where it will continue to run its serialization. The story focuses on Denji the extremely vulnerable young man who is compelled to pay off an enormous debt by taking on deadly and risky tasks. After his gangster bosses betray Denji, Denji finds himself recruited by a corrupt government agency. As a member of the Public Safety Division, Denji collaborates with other Devil Hunters like Himeno and uses his special power to transform his body into chainsaws to hunt down monsters.

Chainsaw Man Tops NYT bestsellers list
Even though Chainsaw Man premiered relatively recently it is now standing with classics such as Hiro Mashima’s Rave Master and Yoshiyuki Sadamoto’s Neon Genesis Evangelion as one of the top-selling manga of all time with over 23 million copies in circulation worldwide. The series has also appeared on the NYT Bestsellers List multiple times and was awarded the Best Manga Category at the Harvey Awards both in 2021 and 2022.
Chainsaw Man’s anime adaptation by studio MAPPA (Jujutsu Kaisen) was first aired in its initial season from October until December 2022. The show is starring Kikunosuke Asaya in the role of Denji, Mariya Ise as Himeno (Fairy Tail), Shogo Sakata as Aki (Fire Force), Tomori Kusunoki as Makima (The Misfits at Demon King Academy), and Fairouz Ali as Power (Trapped In A Dating Sim: The World of Otome Games is tough for Mobs). It’s not known the possibility that Chainsaw Man will get a second season due to the disappointing performance of the original home video release.
